I always feel sick the day after clubbing .
Yeap ... Like today .

The lack of sleep and the huge amount of smoke that I'd inhaled gave my a minor headache. *Not that I smoke , I'm the second hand smoker*

Woke up at 12 pm this afternoon ...
As usually no breakfast , eventhough I wake up early ... There's always not enough for me .
Hmmm ... Maybe I shouldn't waste too much time picking what to wear and so so .

My yoga instructor , miss Natalia said breakfast is damn important . If u don't eat breakfast , u'll be very fast old ... Get wrinkles at the age maybe 27 ?!? Sigh
And u will become fatter as well !!!
NOOooooo ...
If u wanna slim down , eat breakfast and lunch . Skip dinner .
But I can't !!! Dinner is the best meal of all man !!!
No dinner can die ...

But depends what we're eating la ... Like now I'm not eating dinner .
Because there's no one at home , only me .. Poor me ..
So deciced to skip dinner ! And maybe I'll be slightly thinner tomorrow !!!

Okay . I deciced to changes my unhealthy lifestyle by eating healthy breakfast everyday . I'll try ...

I went shopping at Parkson like an auntie AGAIN .
Buy healthy healthy food !!!


Yeap .. Fitnese and fruits ... Perfect for people who likes cereal ... very low fat , lower % of carbohydrate , sweet but not too sweet fruits was added to make it more flavoured , not so boring compared to the original . Stop eating nasi lemaks and laksas for breakfast !!!


Nature Valley crunchy granola bars . Provide energy for the body . Althought not fat free but dammit , eat abit of fats won't make u gain 10 kg la ! Perfect for people who always in the rush , like me . U can eat it while u're driving or just pack it in ur bag and eat it when u're free . There's a few flavours inside , peanut butter , honey oats , and cinnamon . I personally adore peanut butter the most , it's nice !

Oh ya ... and i saw this thing while I'm shopping .


ha ha ... It's cute and it looks damn stupid . Dumb cow , with a bell hanging there . Kids ring it everytime they pass by , termasuk I . :-p

On the way home , I realised that I have many cuts and bruises all around my legs . I get bruised easily ... The Taufoo Gal !!!
The lighting is too bright , so it's no very clear .


No more nice legs .
